Menu Design & Procurement: Choose appropriate foods (e.g., celebratory, comfort, seasonal), manage shopping or donations.
Food Preparation & Service: Cook, plate, and serve meals or refreshments, often with attention to dietary needs.
Logistics & Coordination: Reserve kitchen space, manage equipment, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Decor & Presentation: Set tables, arrange buffet lines, and create a welcoming visual experience.
