How have you seen God at work in your ministry over the year?

Gave us a clear vision for what Evangelism should do and a core team who shared the vision. ABC ballet's ministry with both dancers and parents shows God at work in the Arts ministry.

Please list the activities of your ministry this past year.

Provide specifics on the events, attendance, and happenings that occured over the year. The purpose is to give the congregation a quick sense of TUC's activities this year.

Creation of Bible study to follow Alpha - Getting Answers to Hard Questions Getting the Welcome to TUC Desk situated in the coffee hour room where people who want information on various activities can come. We have set up a data-base of activities, and with close coordination to the church calendar can get people plugged in and feeling involved and wanted.

Arts Ministry:
March 2023 - Messiah & Swan Lake to a full house
November 2023 - Velmenni with 130 participants.
December 2023 - Christmas Ballet was to an extremely full house!
Families are the major emphasis of outreach so we are very friendly towards families and offer a multi-lingual service to them. There is special seating for families with children in the balcony. After the performance, the audience - especially the children - are invited to take pictures with the dancers. The leaders of the Arts Ministry, Rio Mitani and Christian Martinu, also lead bi-lingual Bible studies in English and Japanese and help new Christians for their baptism preparation. Rio and Kanehira Mitani also offer a simultaneous translation of the Pastor’s sermon into Japanese via LINE
