Property and Use

How have you seen God at work in your ministry over the year?

We are a dedicated group of TUC members who care about our church building, the pastor’s homes, and in church property. We joyfully serve together each working with the gifts and talents God has given them. We are open to all members and gladly welcome volunteers who want to serve and enjoy fellowship together. We are grateful that God always provide people and funding.

List the activities and the engagement of your ministry this past year.

MAINTENANCE

- Building Maintenance (Repair of basement toilet, Sanctuary Electrical work, Replacements lighting bulbs, Change the batteries in the faucets, Managing Dehumidifiers, Other minor work that cannot be outsourced) - Manse Maintenance (Tree maintenance, Maintenance of Airconditioning unit)
- Replacement of Manse Washer - Organ Maintenance SAFETY AT TUC -Emergency evacuation drills were held after the 8:30 and 11:00 Sunday worship services on September 24, 2023.
-All inner stairways and outside emergency exits are periodically checked for safe and efficient exit.
-We are grateful for the expertise and work of Natali Reton who made regular reviews and updates to all emergency supplies and and restocked all First Aid Kits.
-Thanks go to Byron Walker who worked with Natali Reton to review safety procedures and emergency rations and supplies for the Sunday school.
