A charity concert will be held by Julia Heirich (French Horn), Chieko Ozawa (Koto), Tamao Giglio (Soprano) and Madoka Yoshida (Piano). Admission is free and all donation will be sent to “Budo no Ki (Women’s shelter) Japan” to support women who need financial support. All are welcome!

Men's Breakfast
The Men’s Breakfast group meets on the second and fourth Saturday of the month at 8:30 am. It is an opportunity to get to know other members of the church and have a time of good conversation and fellowship. We are now back in person and meet in Room D in Fellowship Hall.

Reading and Praying the Psalms
Richard Gardner, Emeritus Professor of Religious Studies at Sophia University, is leading a course on reading and praying the psalms via Zoom. The format of the course is based on a modified form of Lectio Divina. This is not a “lecture course” and the aim is to provide participants ample time to share their questions and reflections. The course will be offered in two sections (i.e., choose one or the other): Monday at 7:00 PM or Friday at 10:00 AM and will run for about 45 minutes with the option for staying linked together a bit longer for further discussion and reflection. Enrolment for each section is limited to eight.

Lectio Divina
A time to spend listening to the Bible – slowly, quietly, attentively. Meet each Thursday morning at 8 am to listen for God’s word to you for the day. All comers are welcome. You may come and spend the whole time in silence, but there will be moments when any who wish can share what they are hearing.
TUC Friends’ New Bible Study Series on the Book of Acts
The Book of Acts details the explosive growth of the early church. We will learn about the extraordinary acts of common and timid men and women emboldened by the power of the Holy Spirit after Jesus’ ascension to heaven.
