Grief can feel like a lonely journey, but you don't have to walk it alone. Our small group is dedicated to providing a trusted space where you can share your story and find strength in others.
Our time together focuses on three core pillars:

Honest Discussion: In this environment, every emotion is valid. We hold space for the conversations that are often too difficult to have elsewhere.
