Mindfulness
Rich Gardner (a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor) is inviting interested TUC members, as some already have, to join in an ongoing mindfulness group. While some Christians have adopted mindfulness as a form of Christian meditation, this group is best characterized, akin to Jon Kabat-Zinn’s work, as a form of stress reduction. It should also be noted that this group is interfaith in orientation, meaning it is open to all.
Wednesdays at 7 pm and/or Saturday’s at 10 am
