As a current graduate student at Princeton Theological Seminary, Cate is so excited to join the team at Tokyo Union Church this summer. Currently on track to obtain her Master of Divinity and Master of Social Work, Cate looks forward to playing an role leading in TUC’s young adult and children’s ministries, serving in worship, and assisting with digital communications.

In 2023, Cate graduated from Davidson College with a degree in Religious Studies. Shortly after, Cate worked at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, NC before beginning the Davidson Fellows program, a 9-month leadership and discipleship program. As a Fellow, Cate loved living in a tight-knit community with other recent college grads and working at a local non-profit organization, Caterpillar Ministries.

Cate is excited to plug into a rich and diverse community at TUC while gaining practical ministry experience and exploring Tokyo!
