Year Highlights
January Outreach Updates: Budo no Ki and World Vision Japan have sent their heartfelt thanks to the TUC congregation for the generous Christmas offering donations. June 2026 will mark the 20th anniversary of Budo no Ki. They are grateful for our continued financial support as they support, in turn, survivors of domestic violence in Japan. World Vision Japan sends thanks for this offering, which will go specifically to those affected by recent typhoons in the Philippines.
Another Outreach recipient, ZOE Japan, thanks TUC for the generous donation of ¥200,000 for preparing educational materials to promote awareness and education about child trafficking. More can be found at their website: https://www.eng.gozoe.jp/

Outreach Updates: Thanks to your generosity at Easter, Outreach has been able to donate ¥300,000 each to TELL (Tokyo English Lifeline) and ARI (Asian Rural Institute). In addition, Outreach gave ¥200,000 each to the following organizations:
JOEE (Joyful Opportunity English Education)
Deeper Service Ministry to Migrants, St. Alban’s Anglican Church
Budo no Ki (an organization that works with victims of domestic violence)
REN (Refugee Empowerment Network)

Outreach donated ¥200,000 to World Vision Japan for their efforts and support for victims of the recent earthquake in Venezuela. We continue to lift up in prayer all Venezuelans and all those are working to help them.

Outreach has donated $2,000 to the Kapatiran-Kaunlaran Foundation, Inc (KKFI), located in Manila. KFFI works closely with urban poor families and other vulnerable community members to raise up community leaders and volunteers to manage and sustain their community-based programs, which include education and health initiatives.
